Forest House Waldorf School in Hong Kong is seeking a Class Teacher for Upper Primary (Classes 1-6). You will lead Main Lesson blocks and core subjects, guiding a single group of students through the primary cycle with a focus on holistic development.

You will collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster a supportive class community, assess student progress, and contribute to a developing, inclusive Waldorf environment in a small school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education.
• Waldorf teacher training, preferably in primary education.
• Experience as a Waldorf Class Teacher is highly desirable.
• Having completed a full Waldorf primary cycle will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Plan and teach Main Lesson blocks and core subjects.
• Support academic, emotional, and social development of each child.
• Prepare student reports and assessments.
• Collaborate with families through parent communication and meetings.
• Participate in faculty meetings and school activities.
