Job summary

PINNACLE APEX LIMITED is seeking a wine service professional to provide expert tableside service, educate guests on wine origins and flavor profiles, and promote wine selections.

The role requires 1–2 years in F&B or retail, with strong Cantonese, English, and Mandarin language skills. You will contribute to stock control, maintain hygiene in tasting areas, and support promotional activities and memberships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage or retail; candidates with a passionate interest in wine are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Demonstrates a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the origin, flavor profile, and characteristics of wines to customers based on their taste preferences, budget, or light food pairings.
• Provide professional tableside service, including wine bottle presentation, uncorking, decanting, carafing, and pouring.
• Assist in promoting retail wine selections, promotional activities, wine tastings, or membership packages.
• Ensure all wines are stored under correct temperature and humidity conditions, and handle daily cleaning and stock arranging.
• Assist in regular stock-taking, receiving checks, and inventory recording for wines and related merchandise.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the wine tasting area, bar, tasting tables, and glassware.
