CDIB Capital International Corporation is seeking a senior treasury and finance operations professional to enhance the group’s financial management and reporting across funds, SPVs, and related entities.

The role covers bank account administration, cash flow forecasting, consolidation support for Cayman GPs and SPCs, and coordinating with fund administrators, banks, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics or related discipline.
• Substantial treasury, banking operations, fund operations or accounting experience welcomed irrespective of qualifications.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance operations, fund operations, accounting, banking operations, or financial control functions.
• Experience handling bank account administration (opening, maintenance, KYC, signatory updates, online banking).
• Experience managing multiple bank accounts across corporate entities, SPVs, funds or group structures.
• Familiarity with payment processing, cash management, liquidity monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience liaising with banks, fund administrators, auditors, secretaries, compliance teams, external service providers.
• Exposure to private equity, asset management, fund management or investment holding structures desirable.
• Experience preparing management accounts and supporting consolidation reporting.
• Knowledge of Cayman fund structures, SPCs, limited partnerships, CRS/FATCA reporting advantageous.
• Experience with SAP Concur advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to review financial statements and management accounts prepared by external fund administrators.

Responsabilités

• Bank accounts administration and control for funds, SPVs, holding companies and related vehicles.
• Prepare signing memos, board resolutions and related-party checks.
• Maintain Centralized Account Register and manage online banking access approvals.
• Semi-annual reviews of enhanced bank account control requirements.
• Oversee SPVs' bank accounts administration.
• Review monthly management accounts and assist consolidation for Cayman GPs.
• Coordinate cash flow forecasting and monitoring for funds.
• Process payments in SAP Concur system.
• Monitor daily bank transactions for accuracy and compliance.
