Chong Hing Bank Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Vice President, Team Head, Relationship Management for Private Banking. You will develop and execute the team's sales strategy to acquire High Net Worth clients and monitor pipelines to drive growth.

You will oversee client portfolios, build multi-generational relationships, ensure compliance with bank policies, and coordinate cross‑border activities to deliver excellent service. Strong communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in Private Banking / HNW client management.
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience.
• Familiar with banking operations, policies, legal and regulator requirements.
• Excellent communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the team's sales strategy to acquire High Net Worth clients.
• Monitor sales pipelines and business development activities.
• Monitor clients’ portfolios to identify opportunities and revenue growth.
• Build relationships with client families across generations for long-term connections.
• Ensure all team activities adhere to compliance, risk management, and bank policies.
• Coordinate client acquisition activities with Cross Border Business Development Team and departments.
