Job summary

HKEX is seeking experienced, meticulous professionals to join the Operations Risk Governance team. The role supports business strategy, risk and control management, policy implementation and data analytics across the division.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in accounting, corporate finance or related fields, with strong judgment and ethics. Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Putonghua is a plus. This is a permanent on-site role at Exchange Square.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of risk and control governance in financial services.
• Experience with data analytics and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain divisional risk and controls governance framework.
• Streamline business processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Review key controls, identify weaknesses, and propose corrective actions.
• Measure and report on impact of initiatives using scorecards and KRIs.
