Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking experienced professionals to join the Operations Risk Governance team. The role supports risk and control management, group policy implementation, and data‑driven oversight to ensure smooth and effective operations across the organisation.

The team focuses on strategy alignment, budget and expense oversight, and project management, requiring meticulous, proactive individuals who can operate under pressure and deliver analytical insights

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or business administration degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience for Assistant Vice President or 5 years for Associate in related fields.
• Strong business acumen with financial markets and risk management preferred.
• Excellent judgment, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese/Putonghua a plus.
