Job summary

HKEX, Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd, is seeking a Vice President to lead Operations Risk Governance within the Operations Division. The role focuses on risk and control management, policy implementation, and strategic initiatives to ensure smooth, compliant operations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will leverage data analytics, dashboards and cross-functional collaboration to drive effective oversight, governance and continuous improvement in a dynamic capital markets

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or related field.
Strong business acumen with familiarity in financial markets and risk management.
Proven project management skills across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent English; Cantonese/Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a divisional risk and controls governance framework.
Streamline processes and drive efficiency improvements.
Review key controls and recommend corrective actions.
Measure and communicate impact using data analytics and reports.
Standardise KRIs and risk dashboards for proactive decisions.
Coordinate firmwide strategic projects across functions.
