Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Strong experience in building low latency applications.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Familiarity with trading systems and market data is a plus.
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol will be a plus.
