• 10+ years in software engineering in capital markets/fintech.
• 3+ years in team lead or management.
• Experience with OMS/EMS or algorithmic trading platforms.
• Strong Core Java (Java 17/21), multi-threading, low GC.
• Deep knowledge of FIX protocol and market data processing.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement distributed Java applications for OMS/EMS.
• Drive latency reduction and performance tuning across trading infrastructure.
• Modernize with event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Mentor distributed team of senior Java developers and ensure agile delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC, with strict regulatory and security compliance.
• Enforce CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
