Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a focus on capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of HK securities, Stock Connect and derivatives market.
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HKEX’s strategic initiatives in Hong Kong’s securities and derivatives markets.
• Drive Stock Connect related projects to bolster liquidity and market integrity.
• Coordinate with IT teams, regulators, and market participants to ensure project success.
• Manage budgets, timelines and cross-divisional accountability.
• Develop and coach a high-performing trading department team.
