Job summary

BOCI in Hong Kong is seeking a senior Securities Sales professional to drive revenue generation and profitability of the Sales desk while expanding market share in the HK secondary market. You will cultivate an institutional client base and expand equity-related business in HK.

You will also distribute IPOs and secondary placements to buy-side fund managers and promote research products and Corporate Access to buy-side professionals. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in securities sales.
• Advantage for 2+ years HK or overseas experience.
• Mature clientele base, independent client coverage and ability to generate commission revenue.
• Target Revenue = 3 x base salary + travel & marketing expense.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue-generation and profitability of the Sales desk in HK.
• Promote market share of the secondary market in Hong Kong.
• Expand institutional clientele and equity-related business in HK.
• Distribute IPOs/ secondary placement deals to buy-side fund managers.
• Promote research products and Corporate Access to buy-side fund managers.
