Job summary

TF International Securities is seeking a senior ECM professional to lead and execute syndication for HK IPOs, follow-ons, convertibles, and private placements, while developing robust syndication strategies. You will drive deal execution, build strong institutional client networks, and monitor market trends across HK, China, and global markets.

The role requires coordinating cross-border pitches, delivering innovative sales solutions, and maintaining relationships with investors and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of ECM syndication, corporate IR, or institutional sales experience.
• Established network of institutional investor relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and international market regulations.
• Strong sales channel development and client relationship management.

• Support senior management in maintaining relationships with investors, investees, and business partners.

• Lead and execute syndication work for equity capital market transactions, including HK IPOs, follow-on offerings, convertible bonds, and private placements; develop and implement syndication strategies.
• Develop and maintain institutional client networks (including international banks, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, and corporate investment divisions).
• Monitor and analyze market trends in Hong Kong, mainland China, and global markets to identify business opportunities and provide clients with professional sales solutions.
• Participate in cross-border project pitches and design innovative sales service solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to oversee end-to-end deal execution from launch to closing.
• Formulate issuance strategies and lead key pricing and allocation processes.
• Support senior management in maintaining relationships with investors, investees, and business partners.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with substantial background in ECM syndication, corporate IR, or institutional sales at securities firms.
• Established network of institutional investor relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and international market regulations, with familiarity in various deal execution processes.
• Strong sales channel development and client relationship management skills.
• Holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) Responsible Officer (RO) license.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Willingness to travel frequently for roadshows and investor meetings.
• Adaptability to high-intensity, fast-paced work environment.
