Qualifications

• At least 9 years' solid experience in Retail / Corporate Banking, preferably on Deposit, Loan, or Fee Income products.
• Proven experience in product development and project management.
• Excellent knowledge of digital channels and customer considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and services on e-banking channel.
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis for e-banking strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design quality services via digital channels.
• Drive Retail and Corporate Banking e-platform according to strategy.
• Monitor project life cycle for UAT and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of new products.
• Review internal operations procedures for compliance.
• Lead a team for digital delivery.
