Job summary

Adecco Personnel Limited's client, one of the top five banks in China, is seeking a Project Manager to join their winning team in Hong Kong.

You will drive digital customer journeys, lead retail banking digital initiatives, and coordinate project cycles with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovation and experience uplift.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail banking, with digital project management experience and strong communication, able to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in retail banking industry.
• Experience in digital project /project development / project management is a plus
• Familiar with retail banking products and related business operations
• Excellent communication skill, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Act as a contact point to drive digital customer journey for innovation and experience uplift
• Manage digital transformation for retail banking business as a whole
• Identify, plan and implement digital business initiatives with various internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate the implementation for innovation and enhancement initiatives throughout the whole project development cycle
• Assist the team to drive the digital process outcomes
