Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Vice President, Credit Analytics & Support (WBG) to head the Business Management Unit. You will lead daily operations, perform credit analytics, and drive improvements in credit workflow and policy compliance.

You will oversee portfolio control, reporting, and ad-hoc credit projects, liaising with frontlines and internal teams to ensure accurate ratings and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in business related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience in Credit Support and Team Leading is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attentive to details and proactive.
• ECF - Credit Risk Management (CRM) - Professional level - Role 1 & 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Management Unit – Credit Analytics & Support Team in daily operations and ad-hoc projects.
• Perform credit analytics including financial spreading, searches and ratings.
• Implement credit portfolio control, monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with Credit & Loan Operations to streamline credit processes.
• Conduct portfolio analysis/reviews and participate in bank-wide projects.
• Coordinate with frontline and internal teams on workflows and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc credit-related tasks and system enhancement projects.
