Job summary

OCBC Hong Kong seeks a seasoned credit analytics and support team lead to manage daily operations of the Business Management Unit – Credit Analytics & Support Team, guiding analytics, financial spreading, and ratings.

You will collaborate with Credit & Loan Operations to streamline credit approvals and disbursements, conduct portfolio analyses and reviews, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
• Credit Support and team leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to perform credit analytics and support tasks including financial spreading and ratings.
• Implement portfolio control, monitoring and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate to streamline credit approval and loan disbursement processes.
• Conduct portfolio analysis/reviews and participate in bank-wide credit projects.
• Liaise with frontline and internal teams to review credit workflows and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ad-hoc credit-related tasks and system enhancement projects.
