Responsibilities

• Lead design, structuring, and pricing of complex hybrid and cross-asset structured products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Risk, and Legal for execution and approval of structures.
• Analyze cross-asset market dynamics to identify trends and generate ideas.
• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle with risk and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical advisory on product mechanics and risk profiles to internal stakeholders.
