Job summary

The Hong Kong Red Cross is seeking a Volunteer Development Coordinator to advance volunteer engagement and promotional initiatives. You will coordinate volunteer programmes and foster strategic partnerships, while working with volunteers, internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen community impact.

Qualifications include a bachelor degree with 2+ years in marketing, engagement or events, and strong communication in English and Chinese. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in marketing, corporate engagement, or event management.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Creative, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotional strategies for volunteer services.
• Create communication materials across channels.
• Coordinate and mobilise volunteers for programmes and events.
• Prepare proposals, budgets and reports.
• Monitor progress and improve service quality.
