Job summary

HKTVmall is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide personalised 1-on-1 Zoom consultations and contribute to wellness education content. You’ll review nutrition claims in marketing materials to ensure compliance and share evidence-based tips with the community.

The role requires a Dietetics degree, valid registration to practice in Hong Kong, and 2+ years of dietary/clinical experience, with bilingual English and Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Valid professional registration to practice in Hong Kong with one of HCPC/CDR registrations or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of dietary consultation or clinical nutrition experience.
• Fluent Cantonese and English; strong communication for virtual consultations.
• Experience with video content or online education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 Zoom health consultations with customers to assess dietary needs and provide personalised nutrition advice.
• Review, fact-check, and approve medical/nutritional claims in product marketing materials to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to educational wellness content and assist with video scripting.
• Support flexible scheduling to align with peak customer Zoom consultation slots.
