We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Nutritionist to join our multidisciplinary wellness team. In this role, you will bridge clinical nutritional science with personalized client care, designing tailored dietary programs that align with holistic health, preventative wellness, and lifestyle management goals. You will work closely with our broader clinical and wellness associates to deliver integrated, high-touch health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Assessment & Consultation: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, evaluating clients' dietary habits, medical histories, body composition, and lifestyle goals.

Program Design: Develop personalized, evidence-based meal plans, supplementation protocols, and functional nutrition strategies tailored to individual client needs (e.g., metabolic health, weight management, anti-inflammatory diets, gut health).

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with in-house medical associates, therapists, and wellness specialists to deliver integrated care plans and cross-refer clients effectively.

Client Engagement & Retention: Lead ongoing follow-up consultations, track progress using measurable metrics, and provide continuous education and behavioral support to ensure long-term adherence.

Corporate & Center Workshops: Design and facilitate wellness seminars, cooking demonstrations, and corporate health talks to promote center services and community engagement.

Compliance & Standards: Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with local healthcare and privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Nutrition, Dietetics, or Nutritional Science.
• Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian certification from a recognized governing body (e.g., HKNS, AfN, or international equivalent).
• 3+ years of practical experience in a clinical setting, private practice, or premium wellness center.
• Expertise in comprehensive nutritional assessment, body composition analysis, functional meal planning, and lifestyle intervention design.
• Proven track record of working alongside doctors, therapists, and clinical associates to deliver holistic care plans.
• Strong continuous‑coaching abilities focused on client adherence, behavioral change, and long‑term relationship building.
• Professional fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
• High level of empathy, excellent verbal communication, and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for a high‑end wellness environment.
