OKX is seeking a Growth Product Manager to lead data-driven growth initiatives across markets and products. You will own growth experiments, partnering with product, analytics, marketing, and engineering to unlock scalable value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field.
• Strong insights into user preferences across countries/cultures and regions.
• Experience with data-driven strategy, growth data, and decision making.
• Experience in go-to-market planning; crypto industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Bachelor's or Master's from a top 100 university in a related field preferred.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven growth strategy, and data analysis with experience in growth hacking, go-to-market planning, localization strategy, and the crypto industry preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our products
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments
• Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts and inform decision making
• Use SQL to extract and analyze data from various sources
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products or features

What We Look For In You

• At least 3 years of experience in product management or growth hacking related field
• Strong insights into user preferences in different countries/cultures. Know how to use differentiated growth strategies in different regions
• Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis. Proficiency in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making
• Experience in go-to-market planning and the crypto industry preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
• Bachelor's or Master's degree of top 100 universities in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, marketing, finance) preferred
