Job summary

Tiger Brokers in Hong Kong seeks a VIP Client Service professional to deliver daily service and relationship management for high-net-worth clients.

You will handle deposits/withdrawals, trades, account setup, and provide clear explanations of complex trading rules, while maintaining professional boundaries.

This role requires a bachelor degree and experience serving HNW clients in private banking, wealth management, or premium customer service, with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline.
• Experience in serving high-net-worth clients in private banking, wealth management, brokerage VIP services, or premium customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Sensitivity to client needs and ability to identify opportunities for deepening engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one account services for VIP clients, including deposits/withdrawals, account transfers, trading, and account setup.
• Deliver clear and simple explanations of complex trading rules and account issues for clients.
• Support clients across Hong Kong and U.S. equities, options, margin financing, and foreign exchange scenarios.
• Maintain strong service awareness and emotional management skills to handle demanding, urgent, or complaint-driven clients.
• Be aware of asset changes, trading habits, and potential needs of clients and have ability to identify key clients.
• Build long-term client relationships to enhance engagement, asset retention, and service loyalty.
• Communicate with maturity and tact, maintaining professional boundaries without offering unsolicited investment advice or overpromising.
