Job summary

Valuetronics Asia Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Vietnam Based, near Hanoi) to lead a multi-disciplinary team across SMT, COB, MI/WS, AI/SS, PIE and TE.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Manufacturing Engineering with 8+ years in management within an EMS environment, and strong PFMEA, PPAP, and MES experience. Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong leadership and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Manufacturing Engineering; 8+ years in management in EMS environment
• Experience with PFMEA, Control plans, Process flows, and PPAP
• Familiar with automated equipment and tester design/maintenance
• Experience with MES is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering department including SMT, COB, MI/WS, AI/SS, PIE and TE
• Drive Failure Analysis & Test Engineering for product quality yield improvement
• Lead Process & Industrial Engineering for manufacturing efficiency
• Early involvement with Design & Development on NPI activities
• Drive preventive & predictive equipment & testers maintenance to optimize machine utilization
• Maintain the Manufacturing Execution System
