China Everbright Securities International Company Limited seeks a Vice President, Network and Information Security to lead the NIS team in designing, implementing and maintaining secure IT networks for a financial services platform in Hong Kong.

The role requires a degree in CS/IT, professional certifications (CCNA, CISSP, CISM or GIAC), and at least five years of experience in network and information security management within financial institutions; fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Professional certifications: CCNA, CISSP, CISM or GIAC.
• Minimum 5 years in network and information security management for financial institutions.
• Solid information security and technology risk management experience.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, servers, and networking equipment.
• Familiar with IT technologies, security protocols, data protection standards.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Network and Information Security team to design, implement and maintain secure networks.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards for IT infrastructure and data.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments with remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery / business continuity plans.
• Manage vendors for network and security services and provide security guidance for IT projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for IT security and audit issues.

Vice President, Network and Information Security

To manage Network and Information Security team to design, implement and maintain efficient and secure computer networks

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the IT infrastructure and data assets

Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments, and implement remediation measures to address identified security risks

Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans / IT business continuity plan for business sustainability for cyber-attacks and incidents

Manage vendors and service providers for network and security-related services

Participate in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives, providing technical guidance and security considerations

Act as the single point of contact for all IT security and audit issues

Ad-hoc task or project assigned by management

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline

With relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM or GIAC

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in network, information security management and technology risk management for financial institutions

Solid experience in information security and technology risk management

Good technical understanding in various operating systems, servers and networking equipment

Familiar with broad of IT technologies, security protocols, data security, cyber security, cloud security and data protection standards

Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
