伯赛思（上海）管理咨询有限公司 is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive eCommerce strategy and P&L across a global team. The role focuses on expanding new customer acquisition and elevating customer retention while shaping the business roadmap for digital growth in Greater China and worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of leading a digital/eCommerce business, deep knowledge of the China eCommerce landscape, and a data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading a digital/eCommerce business with a focus on B2C commerce.
Strong knowledge and understanding of China eCommerce landscape.

In the role, you will be accountable for leading the eCommerce P&L managing a global operational team to increase new customer acquisition and improved customer retention.

You will be developing the eCommerce strategy and the business roadmap to drive digital growth for the company in Greater China and the rest of the world.

Job Qualifications

15+ years of experience leading a digital/eCommerce business with a focus on B2C commerce.

Strong knowledge and understanding of China eCommerce landscape

BS/BA degree required with an advanced degree in business or technology preferred.

Experience in delivering business results – pattern of achieving/exceeding long and short-term goals/targets quickly through direct execution and operational activities.

Data-centric mindset

Strong Internal & external stakeholder management capability
