Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Hong Kong is seeking a Valuer responsible for conducting property valuations and real estate advisory across Greater China, preparing reports for IPOs, M&A, and financial reporting, while providing market insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant valuation experience in HK or China.
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated and responsible.
• Attentive to detail with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong numerical sense with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese; Putonghua essential.
• Fresh graduates may apply as Assistant Valuer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of properties in Greater China, preparing valuation reports for IPOs, M&A transactions, and other general market study assignments.
• Lead and coordinate valuation projects by liaising with internal and external parties, including clients, auditors, and independent financial advisors, to meet tight project timelines.
• Provide feasibility study and advisory services in all aspects of valuations.
• Support business development activities, including PowerPoint presentations and pitching materials/proposal preparation.
• Manipulate the in-house database and conduct property market analysis.
