Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is looking for a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard guests, employees and property across our 495-room luxury hotel. You will patrol premises, monitor access, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism.

The role requires at least 1 year in hotel security, a valid Security Personnel Permit, and First Aid/AED certification. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel security.
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit.
• Holder of valid First Aider and AED certificate.
• Strong service mindset, observational and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and monitoring hotel premises to ensure a secure environment.
• Collaborating with Front Office in maintaining hotel driveway and entrance traffic.
• Assisting guests and associates with security-related concerns.
• Responding promptly to hazardous situations, emergencies and incidents.
• Collaborating with the Security Manager and team to uphold security and safety standards.

As the Security Officer atKimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, your will perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property's assets.
