ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking a Copywriter to craft banking and mobile journey content for digital products in Hong Kong. You will write and edit UX copy in English and Chinese, ensuring clarity across websites and apps while collaborating with product owners, analysts, designers and researchers.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of copywriting/editing experience (finance preferred), a strong online portfolio, and the ability to translate complex requirements into concise messaging that

- 2+ years of copywriting/editing experience, preferably in finance.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into concise content.
- Strong UX and digital design understanding.
- Excellent command in English and Chinese.
Responsabilidades
- Write and edit digital content including UX copy and microcopy in English and Chinese.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of language across website, mobile app and other digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Designers and Researchers to deliver high-quality product-specific copy.
- Work with designers to provide concise copy on wireframes for usability testing.
- Participate in user testing and iterate on copy based on feedback and data insights.
- Quality control and peer review on own and team's work; manage multiple projects.
