ConnectedGroup Limited is seeking a Copywriter to craft banking and mobile journey content for digital products in Hong Kong. Responsibilities

Copywriter - Banking / Mobile Journey - 25k to 35k

I am currently helping our Client seeking a Copywriter to join the team in Hong Kong.

Your role:

• Write and edit digital content, including copy for user experience (UX) design, microcopy and instructional text in English and Chinese that guides users through our digital products
• Ensure consistency and clarity of language across different platforms, including website, mobile app and other digital interfaces
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts in various business units to deliver high-quality product-specific copy
• Work with designers and researchers to provide concise copy on wireframes for usability testing
• Participate in user testing and iterate on copy based on user feedback and data insights
• Quality control and assurance on own and teams' work, including peer review as required
• Work across multiple projects at the same time and prioritise effectively

Ideally you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Language, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in copy editing and/or copywriting, preferably with a background in finance
• Excellent command in two of the following: English or Chinese
• Ability to simplify detailed and complex requirements into concise content
• Understanding of UX and digital design best practices
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Strong relationship management skills to satisfy internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
• Knowledge in design and content software (Figma, Confluence, InDesign, etc.)
• Good time management and prioritisation of projects and tasks
• Strong sense of ownership and actively contribute as a team player to ensure efficient delivery
• Strong online portfolio available for viewing
