Job summary

Everlink HR Consulting Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Underwriter to support our expanding middle-market commercial insurance portfolio, focusing on renewals, new submissions, and broker relations. You will review risk data, prepare referral files, and collaborate with brokerage houses to secure targeted new business.

The role requires strong technical analysis, English and Cantonese proficiency, and the ability to educate brokers on coverage and underwriting appetite while working

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines with a preference for knowledge in cyber risk analysis.
• Mature and highly organized professional able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with strong analytical reasoning and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
