Capgemini Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to translate business needs into user-centered interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will conduct user research, create personas, wireframes, and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver polished solutions.

You should have a strong portfolio, proficiency with Figma or similar tools, and a solid grasp of WCAG accessibility and responsive design.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.

Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user behavior and requirements.

Create user personas, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

Perform usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve product usability.

Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.

Identify and resolve user experience issues throughout the product lifecycle.

User Interface (UI)

Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create high-fidelity mockups, design systems, style guides, and interactive prototypes.

Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Optimize layouts for responsiveness across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.

Participate in product planning, design reviews, and agile development processes.

Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

2-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.

Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
