Job summary
Standard Chartered Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to support ORSO/MPF trustee services within the Financing & Securities Services group. You will assist the Head of Global Trustee Services Ops and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and sound fiduciary operations.
The role involves preparing scheme communications, regulatory reporting, monitoring service providers, and contributing to scalable operating models, with strong English/Cantonese
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in retirement schemes / unit trusts operations including cash/bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of ORSO, pooling ORSO and MPF operations.
- RA13 license would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from clients, scheme administrators and other parties about scheme operations.
- Prepare and review scheme communication materials.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns.
- Review and update internal procedure manuals regularly.
- Monitor performance of service providers and collaborate across CCIB and Bank teams.
