Job summary

HTK in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Operations leader to oversee operational support for the eMPF business. You will manage trustee relationships, improve processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance service quality in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations, business analysis, accounting, project management or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for Trustees, providing end-to-end operational support.
• Identify operational issues and drive sustainable process improvements.
• Lead operational projects and transformation initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative operational support models and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance forums and project meetings for BAU activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, trustees, service partners and regulators.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc operational reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
