Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Treasury Operations professional to act as the primary checker for treasury product settlements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strict adherence to controls. You will oversee daily payment and settlement processing via SWIFT, RTGS, CMU, Clearstream and related platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, at least 5 years in treasury operations within banking, strong knowledge of RTGS/SWIFT/CMU/Clearstream, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Treasury Operations experience in banking.
• Strong knowledge of RTGS, SWIFT, CMU and Clearstream operations.
• Solid treasury product knowledge, including fixed income and derivatives.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary checker for treasury settlements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee daily payment and settlement processing via SWIFT, RTGS, CMU, Clearstream.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal reporting.
• Liaise with Treasury Front & Middle Office, counterparties, custodians and banks.
• Participate in new product launches, platform enhancements and UAT.
• Support Head of Team to strengthen controls, risk management and workflow.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned.
