Job summary

All Star Agency in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate – Treasury Settlement to support timely and accurate settlement of Treasury transactions across FX, money markets, fixed income and derivatives. You will help ensure smooth payment execution and maintain strong post-trade controls.

The role requires hands-on Treasury settlement experience, familiarity with RTGS, SWIFT, XACT and CCASS, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global desks and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
• At least 2 years of Treasury settlement or related banking-operations experience.
• Practical knowledge of Treasury products: FX, money markets, fixed income and derivatives.
• Familiarity with Treasury settlement systems: RTGS, SWIFT, XACT and CCASS.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail and controls.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily settlement activities for FX, money-market, fixed-income and derivatives transactions.
• Arrange and monitor settlement payments and receipts, resolve outstanding items and breaks.
• Use settlement platforms; ensure accurate processing and completion of Treasury transactions.
• Review transaction details and ensure alignment with trade info and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Front Office, counterparties and internal teams to resolve settlement queries.
• Participate in process improvements, testing, and ad hoc projects.
