Job summary

Chung Yick Tung Finance Technology Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Treasury Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day treasury operations for the virtual card program, including funding, settlement, and reconciliation.

You will monitor real-time flows, forecast liquidity, and manage multi-currency cash positioning while coordinating with banks, card networks, and PSPs. Strong Excel skills and bilingual English/Chinese are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, cash management, settlement, or corporate finance.
• Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, settlement processes, and payment workflows.
• Familiarity with card network rules (Visa/Mastercard), payment gateways, and reconciliation systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytical capabilities.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treasury operations for the virtual card program, including card funding, pre-funding management, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Monitor real-time transaction flows, ensure sufficient funding for card issuance and spending, and optimise fund utilisation efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end settlement cycle with card networks and acquiring banks.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to support virtual card issuance volume growth.
• Manage daily cash positioning and fund allocation across multiple currencies and bank accounts.
• Optimise working capital and minimise idle fund costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner banks, card networks, and payment service providers.
• Participate in negotiation and assessment of banking fees, settlement terms, and credit facilities.
• Support the onboarding of new banking partners and payment rails.
• Ensure treasury operations comply with HKMA regulations, AML requirements, and card network rules.
