Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to join its F&A team in Hong Kong. You will reconcile daily settlement bank movements, design automated treasury processes, and collaborate with product and finance teams to optimize funding and risk controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in finance or accounting, 3+ years in treasury, and strong Excel, Tableau, and SQL skills, plus fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Treasury experience within financial services, regulated environments.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good command of English & Chinese.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily settlement bank movements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design and implement automated systems and processes to enhance Treasury operations.
• Collaborate with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding processes.
• Integrate risk management and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks.
• Manage regional positions including daily safeguarding, rebalancing, and foreign exchange execution.
• Ensure compliance with different safeguarding requirements.
• Assist in audit and compliance reviews.
