Job summary

World-Link Logistics (Asia) Holding Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Treasurer to manage daily treasury tasks, reconcile accounts, and prepare fund plans and reports from its Tsuen Wan location. You will handle reimbursements, payments, remittances, and intercompany settlements with accuracy and compliance.

The role also covers organizing finance documents, calculating monthly net income, and supporting external auditors by providing ledgers and details.

Qualifications

• 2 years or above relevant experience in treasury / accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication in Cantonese and Mandarin; Chinese and English typing required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fund Management: handle daily treasury operations including reimbursement review, payment processing, cheque issuance, bank deposits/withdrawals, transfers and remittance applications.
• Reconciliation: reconcile bank balances, settle intercompany/current accounts, and oversee payment registration and fund settlement confirmation.
• Planning & Reporting: prepare daily/weekly fund plans, compile weekly monetary fund reports, and monthly bank account overview.
• Finance Admin & Audit: organize/archive Finance documents, calculate monthly net income, assist auditors by retrieving ledgers and details.
