The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Senior Officer, Finance & Treasury to oversee daily liquidity, execute FX transactions, and coordinate funding across internal units. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines while producing regular treasury reports for management and Head Office.

• Minimum 3 years of treasury or cash management experience in financial institutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of treasury operations, bank payment systems, money market and FX instruments.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor firmwide daily cash flow positions, prepare e-banking payment instructions, and manage intraday liquidity to ensure all funding requirements are met.
• Execute FX transactions and place time deposits to optimize idle cash yield while maintaining liquidity buffers.
• Partner with internal business units to arrange daily liquidity allocations and fund transfers smoothly.
• Prepare cash flow, liquidity, and treasury performance reports for management and Head Office review.

Daily Liquidity & Cash Management: Monitor firmwide daily cash flow positions, prepare e-banking payment instructions, and manage intraday liquidity to ensure all operational funding requirements are met.

Treasury Execution & Yield Enhancement: Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions and place time deposits to optimize idle cash yield while maintaining prudent liquidity buffers.

Cross-Functional Funding Coordination: Partner with internal business units (e.g., Settlement, Margin Financing, Markets) to arrange daily liquidity allocations and fund transfers smoothly.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure all treasury workflows, bank transfers, and financial transactions strictly comply with internal policies, SFC regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements.

Reporting & Head Office Liaison: Prepare regular cash flow, liquidity, and treasury performance reports for management and Head Office review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant treasury or cash management experience in financial institutions, preferably within securities brokerages or commercial/investment banks.

Hands-on knowledge of treasury operations, bank payment systems, money market/FX instruments, and institutional financing activities.

Highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel for cash modeling/reporting); experience with treasury management software or e-banking systems is an advantage.

Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
