Job summary

DBS Bank, located at One Island East, is seeking a Relationship Manager in Consumer Banking to promote wealth planning services and manage affluent client portfolios. You will identify client needs, cross-sell products, and strengthen relationships through portfolio reviews and proactive service.

The role requires 3+ years in consumer banking sales, a business/finance degree, and RI/TR licensure with HKSI and IIQE exams. Mandarin and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in consumer banking, affluent segment preferred.
• Proven sales track record in wealth management products.
• Degree in business or finance related field.
• Registered RI with HKSI Papers 1,7 & 8; or equivalent.
• Registered TR with IIQE Papers 1,2,3 & 5; or equivalent.
• CFP or CFA designation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote financial planning services and wealth management products.
• Acquire new affluent customers and cross-sell across banking, insurance, and investments.
• Identify customer needs through financial needs analysis to provide tailored solutions.
• Address inquiries related to wealth management and risk disclosure.
• Execute call activities and meet sales targets to maximize revenue.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls; stay updated on market information.
