DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior Officer to Associate, Treasures Relationship Associate in Consumer Banking. You will reactivate Treasures clients, acquire new customers, and act as a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services.

This role emphasizes KYC compliance, policy adherence, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate holds a business/finance degree, has 2–3 years in consumer banking with sales flair, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in business or finance related.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in consumer banking industry with strong sales drive.
• Exposure to investment products and priority banking services preferred.
• Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling.
• Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred.
• HKIB Certified Banker preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English are required.
• Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reactivate existing Treasures customers to identify their needs and explore AUM top up opportunity.
• Acquire new to bank Treasures customer from different channels.
• As a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services.
• Provide superior service to customers in accordance with the Treasures Customer Interaction Model and the Bank’s service standards.
• Adhere all internal policies & procedure, guideline, including the staff licensing, fit and properness of staff, anti-money laundering policy, Know Your Customer principles and refined sales process. Assist CSM to ensure KYC, anti-money laundering, documentation completeness in account opening and in each deal.
