Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Team Lead for Treasure Relationship Management in the Treasures & Distribution unit within Consumer Banking. The role requires leading a sales-focused team, developing strategic plans, and driving business growth from One Island East.

The candidate should have at least 5 years in consumer banking at an executive level, 3+ years in sales management, and be fluent in Mandarin and English, with RI and TR registrations or equivalents preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer banking at an executive level, with at least 3 years in sales management.
• Experience in wealth management products, especially Investment & Insurance, valued.
• Must be registered RI with HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 (or equivalent).
• Must be registered TR with IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 (or equivalent).
• Preferably CI – CRWP (ECF-RWM) registration.
• CFP and CFA designation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive team sales performance, leveraging needs-based selling and service compliance to achieve branch business objectives and targets.
• Oversee the execution of call activities and weekly sales planning aligned with the Relationship Management Model to meet growth and retention targets.
• Optimize branch resource deployment to maximize team productivity and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Champion exceptional customer experience by guiding staff to meet service standards and handle complaints per procedures.
• Oversee all sales activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills
