DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Treasures segment. You will reactivate existing Treasures clients, identify needs, and explore AUM top-up opportunities, while also acquiring new Treasures customers across channels.

You will serve as a Digital Ambassador for General Banking services, delivering superior service under the Treasures Interaction Model and bank standards. Mandarin and English fluency are required, with relevant wealth and AML/compliance awareness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• 2–3 years’ experience in consumer banking with a strong sales drive.
• Exposure to investment products and priority banking preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• HKIB/ Certified Retail Wealth Professional preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reactivates existing Treasures customers to identify needs and top-up opportunities.
• Acquires new Treasures customers from multiple channels.
• Acts as Digital Ambassador for General Banking services.
• Delivers superior service per the Treasures Interaction Model and bank standards.
• Ensures KYC/AML compliance and complete documentation for accounts and deals.
