DBS Bank (Indonesia) is seeking a qualified professional for the Treasures Centre in Hong Kong. You will handle account opening procedures, support client relationships, and promote Treasures products under TRMs guidance.

The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, relevant RI/IIQE licensing, and a background in account servicing or priority banking. Compliance and excellent service are essential in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of account servicing experience.
• Degree holder in business/finance or related field.
• Registered RI with HKMA/ HKSI and IIQE qualifications.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Prior exposure to Treasures or priority banking is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Treasures account opening procedures and documentation.
• Promote Treasures products and services under TRMs guidance.
• Support TRMs in nurturing client relationships and proactive outreach.
• Ensure accurate records, correspondence, and branch operational tasks.
• Assist in compliance, KYC, and anti-money laundering controls.
