Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a Customer Service professional to support DBS Treasures clients with responsive service and tailored solutions. You will handle inquiries, assist with investment order placements, and help maintain trusted client relationships.

The role requires a degree, 1 year in consumer banking account servicing, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of insurance and investment products is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Degree holder in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in account servicing in consumer banking.
Qualified to carry out insurance and investment regulated activities.
Sound knowledge of banking, wealth management and insurance products.
Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter and a good team player.
HKIB Certified Banker preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle general enquiries and calls from DBS Treasures customers and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Assist with investment products' order placements.
Assist Treasures Relationship Manager in maintaining and building relationship with DBS Treasures customers and gain their confidence and trust.
Handle relevant correspondence, records and all related administrative duties.
Compile statistics, analysis and reports.
