Job summary

The DBS Bank Ltd Treasures Centre is seeking a Customer Service professional to support account servicing and promote Treasures products. You will handle account opening, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient branch operations.

Under the guidance of TRMs, you will identify client needs, explain investment products, and perform regulated activities (SFO Type 1 & 4) while upholding KYC/AML compliance and DBS service standards in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• 2 years account servicing experience.
• Registered RI with HKSI Papers 1,7,8 completed.
• Registered TR with IIQE Papers 1,2,3,5 completed.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate account opening procedures and documentation for Treasures customers.
• Handle inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Support TRMs in nurturing client relationships with follow-up and personalized service.
• Compile, analyze, and report on key metrics to inform improvements and decisions.
• Promote Treasures products and services under TRM guidance; prepare sales materials.
