Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Trauma Platform Lead for Southeast & North Asia (SENA) to advance the Trauma, CMF, Extremities, and Power Tools portfolio. You will drive platform strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization initiatives across multiple APAC markets, reporting to the Strategic Capabilities Lead, SENA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing/commercial roles.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures within APAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform strategies for Trauma, CMF, Extremities, and Power Tools across the SENA region.
• Lead portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization initiatives.
• Collaborate with country teams and global partners to align on business objectives.
• Drive market insights and customer needs into strategic decisions.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Strengthen engagement with key customers and industry experts.
