Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in medical education, healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
• Experience leading multiple education programs across diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in program management, reporting, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional medical education programs and learning pathways.
• Partner with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to design events and digital initiatives.
• Build a network of clinical faculty to support activities across Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Digital Education to develop curricula.
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and data.
