Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Trauma Platform Lead for Southeast & North Asia (SENA) to drive platform strategy and portfolio management across the Trauma, CMF, Extremities, and Power Tools portfolio. The role reports to the Strategic Capabilities Lead, SENA, and collaborates with country teams, regional partners, and Global teams to align strategy with growth and patient outcomes.

You will lead launches, market adoption, and portfolio optimization, ensuring successful commercialization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or MedTech marketing/commercial roles.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multiple countries and diverse cultures within APAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Trauma portfolio.
• Lead portfolio management, product launches, and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner with country teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance market performance.
• Leverage market insights and customer needs to shape strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and regional/global stakeholders to deliver business goals.
• Foster strong engagement with key customers, industry experts, and healthcare stakeholders.
