Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, preferably within a Big 4.
• Strong track record of managing teams and leading due diligence engagements.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Act as primary contact for clients, including C-suite executives.
• Prepare decision-oriented reports and presentations.
